How to use body scrub in the shower:
Make sure the water temperature is warm so that your skin is softened and ready to be exfoliated. The warm water opens your pores and allows them to release excess dirt and dead skin cells that have built up. Avoid using to hot temperatures which can be too harsh on your skin when adding in a body scrub.
Soap or body cleanser should be used before applying the body scrub to cleanse skin. This way your skin is clean and primed up for the body scrub to do its magic.
Apply a generous amount of body scrub all over your body. Use circular motions to massage it onto the skin.
