Body Butter Shipping&Storing- Since all Bougie Butters are whipped and oil based its important to store Bougie Body Butters and Hair Butters in cool places. Because of this during warm summer months Bougie Body Butters due to circumstances out of our control can melt during transit or if left sitting out in the heat(be it mailbox/front porch, if left in car etc). Not to worry although melting may change the texture it will not change the quality nor the benefits. Simply place in refrigerator for about 15mins until hardens. Now again all Bougie Butters are whipped and like whipping any butter the process of whipping increases volume, so melted products may decrease in volume size but again will not decrease quality nor benefits. Also although butters may smell good enough to eat they should not be consumed.
