Order Processing Time

Please allow approximately 3-4 business days to process your order once purchased. If your order is placed after business hours or on a holiday, the processing time starts the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Due to high shipping demands during the peak seasons or unexpected delays due to weather, unforeseen events etc, there could be possible delays in shipment with carriers that out of our control. If any delays arise we will do our best to keep you updated. Please provide correct contact email or phone number at checkout, we are not responsible for any incorrect information inputted during checkout. Please double check all inputted contact information, this ensures that once your order ships tracking information can be provided to you. Tracking will be sent to contact information given either via email or text with the provided contact information you provide at checkout. Once again we can not be held responsible for incorrect shipping and contact information that you have entered.

SHIPPING POLICY 

Bougie Butter offers priority shipping through United States Post Office (USPS). Shipping Rates are based per order depending on the total weight and destination. Free Standard Shipping for ALL orders $100 & Over***For Domestic Shipping****

Since all Bougie Butters are whipped and oil based its important to store Bougie Butters in cool places. Because of this during warm summer months Bougie Butters due to circumstances out of our control can melt during transit or if left sitting out in the heat(be it mailbox/front porch, if left in car etc). Not to worry although melting may change the texture it will not change the quality nor the benefits. Simply place in refrigerator for about 15-20min until hardens. Now again all Bougie Butters are whipped and like whipping any butter the process of whipping increases volume, so melted products may decrease in volume size but again this will not decrease quality nor benefits. 

Shipping Damages

When your order arrives, please inspect products for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact us immediately by email BougieButters@gmail.com

Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if the USPS or tracking indicates the package was delivered. Please contact your mail carrier to ensure it wasn't delivered to the incorrect address or to report item not received.
